The United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA), Division for Public Institutions and Digital Government (DPIDG), in collaboration with the African Association for Public Administration and Management (AAPAM), organised a capacity development workshop entitled “Changing Mindsets for Effective Governance: Advancing Responsive, Accountable, and Inclusive Institutions in Africa”. The workshop was held under the umbrella of the 44th Annual Roundtable Conference of AAPAM, and took place from 2 to 5 December 2025 in Matsapha, Kingdom of Eswatini. The workshop linked to key activities of the 44th AAPAM Roundtable Conference, which was held on the theme of “Agile Public Administration: Partnership and Digital Transformation for Citizen-Centric Service Delivery”.
