This compendium, prepared by the Division for Public Institutions and Digital Government (DPIDG) of the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA), aims to capture emerging trends in digital responses of UN Member States against the COVID-19 pandemic along with other digital government initiatives and provide a preliminary analysis of their main features. These cases are shared for exchange of information so that Member States can learn from each other and possibly create new partnerships.

6. ‘Shuurhai 119’ application will be available for iOS and Android system users. This application will provide citizens a piece of timely reliable and accurate information immediately in their mother tongue. Moreover, this system will be assembled an infrastructure based on Amazon AWS service. 7. Public service unified portal site, citizen-centered, developed by Mongolian National Data-center started delivering public service to the citizens through the internet. This portal site enables citizens to send a request for references online and get some public services through the portal site immediately without visiting public organizations. Over 192 public services expected to deliver citizens, businesses, and government through the public service portal site.
