This compendium, prepared by the Division for Public Institutions and Digital Government (DPIDG) of the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA), aims to capture emerging trends in digital responses of UN Member States against the COVID-19 pandemic along with other digital government initiatives and provide a preliminary analysis of their main features. These cases are shared for exchange of information so that Member States can learn from each other and possibly create new partnerships.

#Contactless Art Wall, Online project - an art and culture national platform to promote and support artists. We curate projects representative for contemporary art, but also for the difficult period we are going through.The project gathered in a few weeks hundred of artists and partners, they already started to be exhibited in virtual space, in an innovative concept, on the website, Facebook and Instagram, daily at the same hour. Also there is a series of art talks, attended by young artists or artists who have are already an important presence in the cultural space to interact weekly with the online public and find together solutions, create dialog and share ways to adapt to the new isolation conditions. The project aims to facilitate the public to have new instruments, creative ones, and the artists and cultural actors to create a new type of network. We aim to create an cultural sustainability on line.
