Service to locate the owner of animals found loose on public roads with the General Animal Registry (RGA) tag on the collar, so that they can rescue the animal directly in the place where it was found.
The DVZ (Division of Zoonoses Surveillance) checks if the description of the registered animal is the same as in the system and contacts the owner by telephone, informing the animal's location.

- Full address of the occurrence;
- Contact phone;
- Location where the animal is;
- Type of animal;
- Animal color;
- Sex of the animal;
- Number of the General Animal Registry (RGA);
- Detailed description of the situation found.

MAIN STEPS 1) Request the service informing the registration number that is printed on the front of the General Animal Registry (RGA) plate;
2) Fill in the form;
3) The Zoonoses Surveillance Division (DVZ) will contact the citizen who found the animal by telephone to check the description of the animal and verify that the platelet corresponds to the animal found. If the described animal matches the description in the system, the DVZ will note the location of the animal and call the owner informing the location where the animal is;
4) Follow the protocol on the SP156 Service Portal .
