This compendium, prepared by the Division for Public Institutions and Digital Government (DPIDG) of the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA), aims to capture emerging trends in digital responses of UN Member States against the COVID-19 pandemic along with other digital government initiatives and provide a preliminary analysis of their main features. These cases are shared for exchange of information so that Member States can learn from each other and possibly create new partnerships.

The Roxanne service offers prevention and advice to all those present on the road (women, men, trans) and support and reintegration of victims of trafficking. In particular:
Activities for people on the road (women, men, trans):
harm prevention and reduction;
Consulting.
Activities for victims of trafficking:
help and reintegration;
accompany them to repatriation, if expressly requested.
Roxanne includes:
2 contact unit services for the entire city territory for information and health protection activities, knowledge and sending to services and for the identification of potential victims of exploitation;
a daytime help desk that provides legal advice and guidance. The service also has the task of identifying women who intend to leave the circuits of exploitation;
4 structures built by public tender and over 8 private social communities affiliated with the municipal administration for the reception of women who have left the exploitation circuits;
a project of literacy , knowledge and identification of skills, orientation and work placements;
collaboration with the World Migration Organization (IOM) for protected repatriation, if expressly requested;
meetings in secondary schools aimed at getting to know the phenomenon of trafficking / immigration / diversity (prevention of the formation of prejudice).
