This compendium, prepared by the Division for Public Institutions and Digital Government (DPIDG) of the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA), aims to capture emerging trends in digital responses of UN Member States against the COVID-19 pandemic along with other digital government initiatives and provide a preliminary analysis of their main features. These cases are shared for exchange of information so that Member States can learn from each other and possibly create new partnerships.

During to the urgent need of closing the HQ and all Attestation centers. Bellow procedures are done accordingly to protect Employees and people from Covi-19 in term of Business continuity plan of providing our services:
1- All employees provided with PC's to work at home providing same quality of work with a secured image configured for all PCs in 3 days only with ability of secured remote support
2- Cisco japer is configured at those PCs to facilitate meetings required 3- All MOFAIC services has linked & put to the main website to facilitate applying for services for external users showing steps needed
4- Delivery of papers & Docs between external users and MOFAIC branches is provided for Attestation service and some other rare services (contract with a delivery company)
5- New service has been released for Resident people to apply for Tawajdi service from outside
