(i) National reviews, research and environmental analysis on the trend and best practices of data management and coordination;
(ii) national workshop(s) (hybrid approach) that facilitates knowledge sharing and experience exchange between target countries and countries that have demonstrated success in related areas;
(iii) multistakeholder workshops on data management and coordination;
(iv) technical assistance, remote coaching and reporting on the practical implementation of data management strategy and polices, in identified areas/sectors related to SDGs, targets and COVID-19 recovery (where relevant and appropriate);
(v) based on the experience of target countries, training materials, toolkits, case studies and model regulations on the operationalization of the principles and best practices of sound and secure data management, data governance and data cooperation, etc. will be developed, that map out the necessary steps and key elements for the designing and operationalizing data management and coordination; this will be shared with other countries for possible scale-up and replication.
