Managing Knowledge to Build Trust in Government

The workshop on Managing Knowledge to Build Trust in Government was organized to exchange knowledge and practices worldwide, to challenge current thinking and bring to light best practices that cut across geographical boundaries, and to develop Knowledge Management strategies that leverage human capital and leadership. The workshop took place in connection with the 7th Global Forum on Reinventing Government, 28-29 June 2007, in Vienna, Austria. It is hoped that the findings in this Final Report of the workshop will further contribute to advancing innovative approaches to implementing knowledge management that leads to increasing trust in government.
