Ministry of Justice launched NAFITH Digital platform during Covid-19 crisis which allows individuals and corporations to securely create, save and manage enforcement instruments and this platform is a part of the ministry’s efforts for engaging the private sector under the National Transformation Program.
The new platform enables digital management of enforcement instruments, starting with promissory notes, linked to the enforcement judiciary, it allows clients to issue, approve, track and view promissory notes.
This platform offers a secure digital environment that protects the rights of parties, ensures integrity of instruments, and eliminates related violations and streamlines enforcement services by securely saving instruments, reducing forgery disputes, and notifying issuers in advance.
Some of the social engagement has been also started online by Ministry for people in KSA like online marriage and online trials and eCourts.
