The Al care call service uses an AI-based voice-bot to call people subject to periodic active
monitoring to inquire as to the latest developments in their health (fever, respiratory symptoms, etc.).
The content of the calls is automacically sent to assigned case officers in charge of overseeing these active-monitoring cases, enabling the authorities to prepare and implement prompt measures when the health status of such individuals changes
