Free Website for small businesses

In cooperation with the Organization of American States, Colombia launched a program for small and medium-sized business owners, and indenpendent professionals to create their online presence completely free of charge. The program includes a tool to have a website running in 15 minutes, and includes tools and tutorials to help those who don't have any experience in building a website.
