The United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA), through its Division for Public Institutions and Digital Government (DPIDG) is organizing a follow up webinar with participants of the 9 – 13 December 2024 Capacity Development workshop on “Future of Governance and New Mindsets, Knowledge and Competencies Fit for the 21st Century” organized within the framework of the 8th edition of the African Forum of Territorial Managers and Training Institutes, which took place from 10 to 12 December 2024.
During the workshop in Morocco, participants committed to work on strategies to change mindsets at the individual, institutional, and organizational level to support new competencies and skills. The participants agreed to meet after three months to check on the implementation of their commitments.
