The system (web and mobile) enables residents submit their suggestions and complaints to any government entity in Bahrain online. For each submission, a reference number is given for tracking the request/issue. Every government entity participating in Tawasul has a dedicated team to handle the suggestions and complaints. From statistics on the portal, the site has received thousands of cases every year since initiation, and more than 94% of these cases have been closed.
