In order to support the shift to working remotely, the Government of Canada has increased network capacity to support the rise in demand of working remotely, developed guidance on best practices for working remotely, prioritizes network access and IT services to sustain critical service continuity, enabled Wi-Fi calling for all government department and updated devices to address emergency requirements and support essential services.
