The IGF 2024 Open Forum #70 (IGF Session Page), co-organized by UNU-EGOV and DPIDG of UN DESA, focused on enhancing the digital transformation of local online service delivery in a global context. The sessions aimed to provide insights into the Local Online Service Index (LOSI) methodology and explore how it helps assess and improve e-government development at the municipal level. The forum helped to facilitate dialogue among policymakers, academics, and practitioners on leveraging digital tools to address socio-economic and environmental challenges.

This session gathered global participants to join the LOSI Network and share their experiences, insights, and suggestions for enhancing the LOSI methodology to foster inclusive, sustainable, and equitable communities.
