Notifications to citizens about the status of the administrative procedure

Many institutions have closed counters and direct communication with clients. Therefore, citizens are unable to personally obtain information about administrative procedures. It is possible to apply via the web portal or by sending an email. However, many institutions do not have electronic services and do not have established procedures for notifying citizens about the status of their cases by email or SMS.
