Integrated Administration and Control System - BiedjaCam App, SitiInfo App

During this period ARPA receives applications from farmers who are eligible for EU subsidies. In view of Covid-19, farmers were encouraged to make use of the already existing tools such as the IACS online system and the two mobile Apps (BiedjaCam and BiedjaInfo) launched in previous years to assist in the process. The apps give farmers the possibility to communicate directly with the officials without going to the office; moreover, the officers can reply to such queries from the comfort of their home through either the app itself or the backend system. Farmers also have the possibility to submit the applications directly from their computer and the officials are also able to process these applications from home since all backend functionalities are available online.
