The National Substantive Training was organized by the Division for Public Administration and Development Management (DPADM) of the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA) in partnership with the National Information Commission of Nepal (NIC) of the government of Nepal. More than 60 representatives of public sector, civil society and academia participated in the event and contributed to development of draft national Action Plan on advancement of OGD initiatives in Nepal.
