Electronic procedures for donations and sponsorship for the duration of the state of emergency

In order to strengthen the public interest in sponsorships and donations, the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia adopted a decree by which the requests are submitted and issued electronically, using electronic communication means. This procedure is a precondition for obtaining tax benefits for legal entities that have given sponsorships or donations.
