The initiative consists of an algorithm developed with artificial intelligence that will contact 125 million Brazilians. The calls are stored in a large data center, which will help to anticipate people's names, where they are, if they are a risk group, with whom they live, etc. It is as if it were a consultation, using an artificial voice, which will make a screening.
This service has already been accessed by more than 1 million people. Of this total, 471.6 thousand were evaluated remotely using 136, Chatbot, Application, Active Search and Monitoring services. The Active Search service has already made 424 thousand automatic calls. Among the people evaluated, 89% were considered healthy. Approximately 13,000 people were referred to pre-clinical call centers with doctors, nurses and nursing technicians.
